The Green Assessment Potential Score (GAPScore) mission is to provide tools and education to real estate brokers and sales associates about "green" aspects of residential real estate. We provide both sellers and buyers with the necessary information to make informed decisions about the environmental impacts of Real Estate Transactions.

In order to list homes on our site, you must be a registered verifier. We are currently offering verifier registrations for free. For full verification status, you will need to be trained by one of our specialists in the process of home verification. Please contact us for more information.
